How do you wash bottom of your boat?

My Skeeter is my first black boat, I keep my boat pretty clean but not a fanatic about it. The bottom gets really nasty looking and it's a pain to crawl under there and do a good cleaning. What do you guys do and how often ?

Purchased a really nice brush that extends with an adjustable brush head to easily reach under hull. Bought it at Costco and was reasonably priced. Works great.

I have a white boat and use Booyah hull cleaner and an extendable brush or foaming brush at the car wash.

lol same, I was thinking I wash it every time I launch it :).

But seriously, I use BBC or Slick Mist on the topcaps/sides and do have a extendable boat brush but never really though about the underside.

I usually run it over a shallow sand bar about once a month and that seems to get rid of almost all the crud.................

Not much sand around here, just mud. I go to the river and jump a couple of rock jetties.

I have a creeper and use that to pull myself around while washing it....now cant get to the last 1/4 of the hull but sounds like one of those extending brushes mentioned would help out.

Maybe get a good quality creeper if you have asphalt or concrete to roll on.

Get a car wash brush from Wal-Mart. It will reach under to the keel. I will take one with me to wipe down the boat at the ramp. A lot easier than crawling around on the ground.

Long handled scrub brush and a hose. Also have a creeper to get way under.
