There is a Travelodge about 12-15 mins from Satterwhite, i believe it is listed as in Henderson, inexpensive, not fancy but does the job, also a couple others right there with it, not 1/4 mile off of 85.

There are several motels in Henderson. There are three close together about 5 miles from Satterwhite point. One is a comfort inn and there is a scottish inn and 1 more between those but I can't remember the name right now.

As far as April is concerned you likely will need 17 -18 lbs to win and could be more are less depending on weather and water level.

I would like to help, but I'm booked for April. This may not help, the water is about 5' high right now and as every1 knows the fish go up in the bushes and trees when the water is up in the early spring (or any other time). By the time you get here the water will most likely be down to around normal pool which means you have to drag the points or fish for bedding fish. That may help.

Plenty of places in Henderson, most can accomodate boats. Tournaments bring alot of money the area.

stayed at the Scottish Inn all the time this past year..no problems, not fancy but clean and good parking room..I think it's like 45 bucks /night..there is a Comfort Inn I think behind it nice rooms but parking sucks..
as far as what it's going to take to win...hmmm..thats a good one..water high=fish in bushes, water normal= fish on shallow cover or secondary points, but they will still be shallow..the topwater bite should be great by then (chugbug is killer)
