Jensen Huang addressed CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada and announced Nvidia making a big move into self driving vehicles, which it was confirmed by their revenue from Automotive up over 100% Y2Y.
Now , they are doing a collaboration with tire and auto supplier Continental and self-driving truck company Aurora (AUR) in Aurora’s level 4 autonomous driving system, Aurora Driver. Continental and Aurora plan to bring autonomous trucks hauling freight to roads beginning in 2027.
I have been following AUR for the past 6 months and they have doubled in value. The Aurora Driver is a self-driving system designed to operate multiple vehicle types, from freight-hauling trucks to ride-hailing passenger vehicles, and Aurora is working with industry leaders across the transportation ecosystem, including Continental, FedEx, Hirschbach, NVIDIA, PACCAR, Ryder, Schneider, Toyota, Uber, Uber Freight, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Autonomous Solutions, and Werner Trucking.
Anyone following this company? and any thoughts about investing in autonomous trucking?
