I need boaters!!!

Guys and gals, I have been hired to put on a small fishing tournament for 20 people. The clients are going to be limited in their fishing experience ( meaning most have none ). They are going to be fishing for whatever they can get to bite (bluegill,crappie,catfish etc.) The person with the heaviest catch is going to win some sort of trophy.I will be providing minnows and snacks and drinks for every boat. I am planning to put 2 people plus the boater per boat, I would like for the boaters to provide entry level fishing tackle,(rods, hooks,bobbers etc.). Basically the boaters job is to ensure the clients have a good time and are safe. The trip is going to be on Falls lake on Friday, May 18th from 8am until 12 noon (ramp to be determined). I am able to compenste each boater $150.00 for the 4hr trip and lunch will be provided at the weigh in. Not trying to hurt anything but some tournaments do not alow you to fish on a lake that you have guided on.Thus taking monies would make you a guide, so before you do this you may want to check with your local directors.This does not mean you can not do it for free though.

For Mike and King, They are all adults, probably mixed male and female. I am supplying minnows, however if you are paired with someone with fishing experience and want to let them fish with your stuff, then you are more than welcome but I am not responsible for lost tackle/equipment. I would appreciate it if the boaters could supply PFD's, I have a few extra if you need one, I don't have 20. Thanks again!
P.S. for Bassnva, Without a guide license, you are only being compensated for your time and fuel, technically.

same here. just keep me posted. PFD's should not be a problem. and the issue with tackle will probably depend on their knowledge level.
