2003 Pro XL Water gauge replacement

Hey all, How do I access the water pressure gauge to replace it in my dash console? Through the 5" sq Lowrance dash hole (remove the screws on the silver dash plate) , or remove the switch plate below it (where all the electrical switches for lights, pumps, ect. are?) Need some guidance here. Thanks in advance!

I replaced mine earlier this year on my 05 straits 201 pro. I accessed mine under the dash through a small hole. I used a small stubby wrench and removed the notes 2 I believe. I then moved it from that location to the center where the fish finder was located in the dash. It is a small access hole at best.
