    Mega live interference

    Brand new boat with two apex 13s for some reason I am getting interference at the console on down imaging while the mega live at the bow is running. As soon as you unplug the mega live the interference will go away. It also is not consistent it might not have any interference for a few days or hours then all of the sudden it will start showing interference on the downscan at the console. I’ve wiggled wires checked connections etc…. As well as adjusting the noise filter. Does anyone have any insight on what the problem could be?

    It sounds like you are getting Crosstalk and not RFI interference, so the Noise Filter probably won't help with this. There is a Mega Live Interference Rejection setting with 3 different levels of rejection. Have you tried that? For it to work, you need to have everything networked.

    Yes everything is networked together including the ulterra quest. I was on the water again today with it if I shut off the downscan transducer on the trolling motor the interference I’m getting on my downscan at the console goes away. Or if you turn it back on and shut the mega live off the interference goes away

    Are you allowing a minute or so for each Interference Rejection settings to see if there is any affect?
