    outboard running to rich/lean?

    2000 Johnson 175 (J175PLSSC) (G048711996)
outboard still tries to cut off when I load it on the trailer, had this problem a long time ago and I think the guy said it was running to rich or to lean? turned a screw on each of the carbs and all was fixed! just can't remember what screw and which way to turn each one?
