Drew has been great for me. I have ordered multiple batteries and have sent several friends to him as well, all of them got taken care of, and he has gone way above and beyond to give technical support and help to one of my friends in particular. I also had a small warranty issue with a battery and he just shipped me a new one so that I didn’t have downtime while things were being sorted.
