I agree Corkpuller- when I first read that, first thing came to mind was, What no tooth, dumbarse cornbreadin redneck approved this operation.

I guess its good in the eyes of the people that just want something done. Its one of those hey we tried.

But I dont see a big barge being able to move around and get these stumps out.
