WHAT is happnin knuckleheads??

How's it hangin boys. Been away from the keyboard for a good bit and enjoyed a great visit with my mom and her husband. Better part of the last couple weeks just been relaxing, watching every pitch of every baseball game and watching my mother enjoy her great grandchildren, 2 of the 3 which she had not seen and she CERTAINLY did make the most of it and never stopped smiling the whole time.
Her last visit here was 6 yrs ago for Garret's high school graduation and Jodi's wedding reception from her first marriage, so many things have changed in that time.
Went out to eat a few times, rode over to Galveston and let her browse the old shops on the Strand, grilled some steaks, smoked a big pork butt for some killer pulled pork and home made cole slaw sammiches, did fajitas one night, some desserts here and there as well. I most surely gained a few "healthy" pounds
Visits like this are a stern reminder of one of my favorite "Corkisms" - TIME WAITS ON NO ONE...........
That being said, I hope y'all are doing well and healthy as can be.
I'm back to work yesterday, today and tomorrow, then off to T Bend for a couple weeks.

you bet Chris, rain coming Thursday and a good cold front after that. I ain't draggin my shit in the rain if I ain't got to, so i may not leave til Friday, you got my #.

sho wish I still had my 15' G3 aluminum with the 25hp tiller. I been havin my eyes peeled for a deal and may have to make another purchase before Spring if it looks like the low water is here to stay and I really believe it is. I know some spots real close I can SLAY the fish with a small boat, and not to mention the sac-a-lait.!!!! ---- that be a Jerry Clower AHHHHHH!!!

Yeah, got a '86 Tracker V17 here to clean up, looking forward to it on the water again She's tight & rides good from what I experienced the 3 times I had it out. The 60 that came on it popped, recently had the case bored .020 over, gotta get piston kits & get that back together. Also have a '74 Thunderbolt 850 (love them mini-towers) I may tune to throw on it.

Poor old craft needs TLC but that's some of the fun for me
