What you are seeing on the bottom contour line is weeds, very small but weeds they are. I get the same thing here in Florida in the winter when the hydrilla dies back. It shows up better when you use color pallete 7 or 8, the orange looking one. Looks like you have a temp layer near the top as well. When was this shot taken?
