    jerk bait

    Hey guys wanting to try my hand at catching some crappie with jerk baits most everyone is saying they are using the megabass oneten jr I am having a hard time cutting loose of enough money to buy one of them and then what happens if I need a different color. So what I am asking does anyone have any experience with using jerk baits and is there a cheaper option that compares the oneten jr.

    The rapala xrap xr04 works well for me, as well as yozuri 3dr.

    Husky jerk size 6 is a panfish killer. Another overlooked micro jerkbait is the rapala shad rap rs in size 4 (srrs04), it's rattling suspending jerkbait that comes in a 3/16, 1.5 inch size, love this one when I want to get down a little deeper.

    The Duo Realis Shad 52 and 59 are my go-to jerk baits for crappies.
