    Raptor problem

    I had 3 remotes paired and working great for dual raptors until today. Now only one raptor works with the remotes. I tried re-pairing all 3 remotes again with negative results. The raptor that is not responding to the remotes works fine when you press the buttons on the pump. Can someone help me please. Thanks

    This happened to me once. You have to clear the memory of both units and start from scratch.

    Look in the owner's manual if it is not in there google it and they have several videos on it. Pretty simple.

    For the remote push and hold the up and down buttons until the lights flash on the remote. Release the buttons. Do not try to pair. Let remote go through the light sequence and it will time out in 30sec. Memory will be clear.
    On the Raptor Do this Also has remote sequence.
