Adding HB 360 to Lowrance setup...

So, I once again am considering adding a HB M360 to my setup. Was curious how Lowrance guys are incorporating the M360 and HB Head Unit (Helix 12" for discussion purposes)...

Current setup is 4 12" HDS's, 2 Lives at console, 1 Live and 1 Pro at the bow in a BBC Dual Stack mount. The ZX's are a bit of a narrow bow rig, so would prefer to keep two units up front vs adding a 3rd, so trying to determine best way to configure 1 Helix and 1 HDS. Also running Active Target. And like having Map onscreen as well. Right now it works great, AT one top unit and Map on bottom, and can add a slice for Ghost 2D or DI if desired.

I run both Navionics and CMap map cards - I believe the Navionics would also work in the Helix - or would I have to purchase a Lakemaster card? Also I prefer not to split AT screen due to how it messes up the geometry of the AT display. So appears I could configure/run a few variations depending on need and circumstances ie fishing banks/shallow vs fishing channels vs fishing offshore, etc...

    Lowrance Helix
    AT M360
    AT 360 & Map
    Map 360

Anyway, just looking to see how other Lowrance users incorporated the 360 into their setup with AT.

Worst case, I could go with the Triple mount, but for the lower two units would have to switch to one of the Deck Mount styles, to pull the units further back into the boat where the bow is a bit wider, and also getting a single mount for the top unit. I actually mocked up the BBT "plate" style triple mount and it had half the right unit hanging off the side of the boat :(.

vs using their (or other) deck style...

We have a fully adjustable bar and bracket system that will accommodate almost any boat for different spacing purposes.

If you would like more information, let me know!

Maybe see if you can get comfortable with Ghost 360 before going off the farm so to speak. I've used my friend's HB extensively and the image is no better or worse than off the Ghost. Big difference of course, you can't use Anchor Lock. But for a quick scan, the images are for sure comparable.

Yeah I was really hoping the HD 3n1 Nosecone would be out by now, but in another thread it was mentioned it's not coming out till Mar 2024???

I had the original one and sold it, kinda wish I didn't now lol. I may just buy it again vs spending 3K=plus as you mentioned, just would like to get a better handle on the HD release date, as it seems to be a moving target. I do wonder how much better the HD will be than the current one - not caring about fish ID just wanting structure views.

Good looking setups, I would like to stay with two units if I can. If I wind up moving to 3 will reach out, I like how they are back-set (or at least appear to be) over some other triple setups photo's I've seen... Thanks.
