i need to put my 2017 z520 boat and trailer on jackstands to get new michelin defenders ,{ shop wont mount car tires on a trailer } wheres the best places to put the stands? under axles ? or the trailer frame ? also . do i need one on the tongue to take the weight off the jack ?

Used to block up my Z20 every year for winter. I put one stand fore and one aft of the axles under the frame to get load off the wheels. I used the tongue dolly jack to level the frame so each stand was taking load. I did not block up the tongue.
