Got out my remote control to my Ultrex today and when I powered it on it says Loading but will not do anything else, I unplugged the battery and when I plug it back up it does the same thing, is there anyway to reset? What could be the problem?

Don't know that there is a forced reset option
Call Minn Kota first thing Monday and have them send you a new one

It may be trying to load an update. Have you tried the i-pilot app, or maybe re-pair the remote. Have you changed the batteries, they may be weak. Bob

You may have a bad remote, but as stated you could also have a firmware update miss match.But I think I would change the batteries first and if that don't fix the problem then get another remote.
