workin nights so suppertime is around midnight for me
Smoked a pork butt last night. Put it on at midnight, 11 hours, 20 minutes later --wrapped in foil, set in a cooler for hour and half, pulled her apart.
So, I'll be havin pulled pork and cole slaw sammiches for a WHILE.

yessir, been a dang good race. I been enjoying watching the 48 get "adjustments" in the pits with a short handle sledge, pop rivets and duct tape

Don't like Kyle but I do like Jimmy, he's not my favorite for sure but he's ok.

Smoke, Jr, M Martin, Truex, Jeff Burton are the drivers I usually pull for...

I pull for the Childress cars(Burton, Harvick, Bowyer), and pretty fond of Stewart, Neuman, Elliot Sadler has always seemed like a really good guy too.
