Hi Everyone,

I have a 2017 Legend V20 I purchased just over a year ago. I am swapping out an SLA cranking battery for an AGM and I know I need to switch the battery type on my charger but I'm not entirely sure how it's wired. I have a 2 bank Minn Kota charger and the stealth 1 system. I know the stealth 1 charges the TM batteries from the cranking battery and it looks to me like both banks of my charger are wired to a bus attached to my cranking battery. This makes sense to me as charging would go like this: Minn Kota charger -> cranking battery -> stealth 1 -> TM batteries.

The only thing that makes me question this is both banks do not show the same charging progress. Bank 1 may show 90% charged and bank 2 may only show 75%. If both banks are charging the starting battery shouldn't they show the same progress? I'm not sure if this is a standard setup from the factory so I'm hoping someone here can help out.

If I am right then I assume both banks should be set to AGM but I want to confirm before damaging a battery.
