I hate to say this but Lake Fort Phantom is producing some good strings at their Thursday night tx. It has been taking 13 to 18lbs to draw a check. This is a 3 hour tx from 6:00PM till 9:00PM and 16" min. Not bad for a mudhole.

I know it's not the hottest but fished HC yesterday from 9:30am to 4:30pm and put 27 in the boat. No real size, couple 4's and a couple of 3's. Sure was nice fishing with the clouds and the cooler temps....Stomp

Well this coming weekend we are headed to OH Ivie. The weekend of the 25th our daughter and grandson are coming. But any weekend I'm here I offer my friends a trip on Waco and a place to stay while your here. I'll even feed ya.

Reggie I don't have a boat. I don't know if u can launch there now. I heard its pretty low but I do know where to fish at up there mostly of the times caught a lot of 6 and 7 pounds and caught one 8 pounds. Seen people catching 9lbs and over. No matter if I haven't fish there this year... its still a hot lake to me. I know hubbard creek lake is doing so much better this year I think. Catching a lot of fish this year and had caught 30 to 35 keepers in one week from last week. My uncle is the only person who got a boat and I'm his fishing buddy.

This is one of the lil honeys I caught this evening. She weighed 5.2, had a 3.5 and a couple of pound and a halfers pitchin jigs this evening. Just getting warmed up for Ivie.

Going to say skip ur cheap but its better than nothing to have something to fill up your beer belly though
