    Re: Tach (ChampioNman)

I was wondering the same thing . I recently changed props and my tach is only hitting around 5300 . It was hitting 6000 before the prop change . I am getting a couple more MPH also , so going up a pitch shouldnt have cased me to lose 700 rpm .

Should have caused a loss in the 2-300 RPM range but if you didn't adjust the jackplate (if you have one) it could have been more depending on the prop you put on.
