    Bullet weights or not??

On a recent trip my wife commented on the fact that I had very similer baits on two rods. I told her that one was weighted and the other was set up without a weight for a slower fall.
My question is; Am I the only one who might have two rods with exactly the same bait on two different rods on the deck at the same time? With weights of different sizes, or none at all?

    Thanks ahead of time

    I do the same thing.

I always have a wieghtless senko tied on and one with a very small wieght.

If its calm I use no wieght if the wind kicks up a little I grab the other pole.

I always keep a 10" power worm on two pole also....one with a heavy wieght and one with a real heavy wieght usually letting the water depth and the wind decide whitch to through.

I have several like that, different weighted Tx rig, Trick worm, C rig and senko. Never know when the wind is going to blow and how hard.

If I've located fish, but then weather conditions change, I've been known to take it to the extreme in order to find out where my fish went (stayed where they were, or went shallow / deep).

One rod with a small weight, one with a larger weight - both same worm
One rod with a 1/4 oz spinnerbait, one with a 3/8 oz - both same color
One rod with a small shallow crankbait, one with deeper diver - both same color
One rod with a 1/4 oz jig, one with a 5/8 oz - both same color
    Etc...

But then again, I've also left the dock with two rods on deck - both with the same color, size, weight of lure on them - knowing that was all I was going to use that day. Those days don't happen often, but I love it when they do.

    All the best,
    Glenn

Two! I have four rods on deck with worms or something of that nature weighted with different sizes and none at all.

Very common. I always have several rigged with different weights.

    +1 ... except I throw, not through
