New boat setup 225 E-tec HO

Got the new boat this week (200 Pro XL 225 HO E-tec). Was suprised came with a 28 Raker ll. (ordered regular raker). This is one nice boat. Only problem right now is max rpm is 5200 with gps 73. 6" Jack plate prop shaft set 2 1/4"below. Just a little chine above 65. Water pressure about 6 at idle 15-16 WOT. Any suggestions

PS. That Raker ll has some serious cup to it.

Going out tomorrow ill raise it to 2"below the pad to start and go from there. Thanks for the input ill keep you up to date.
