I would be fishing today but instead, I have been putting rubs on a Brisket, a Turkey, and a Pork Butt. Just fired the Smoker up, and waiting till about 7am to start cooking. Having a Christmas party here at the RV Park for the folks staying here. 68 degrees.

Thanks Les. Sounds like a good time at the RV park. Well, it's off to trade in presents today. You know, exchange the stuff you got for stuff you want. Glad nobody will have to do that with the stuff I bought.
