    Broken brake line

So I bought my 188 about a month ago. It had a pretty good clunk when I stopped and but was pretty loud when taking back off afterwards. I finally had the chance to investigate….master cylinder was probably half empty so I tried servicing it and found that the short line running to the right hub after the T was broken inside the nut about 1/2” from the flare. I ordered a line and am going to install and bleed the system for my first time on a trailer.

I have no idea how long it has been broken and am looking for any advice on what I might need to do other than installing and bleeding. Calibers look pretty decent. Anything I need to do to them? Thanks

When was the last time the bearings were repacked? Inspect your pads and rotors and go from there.

Mine was broken right at the flare.
I was able to use this little guy to fix it. Very handy tool if you do not have one already.

I also watched some youtube videos on bleeding the brakes for these trailers and that helped a lot.

Just went through and repacked and tightened all hubs. They all looked good minus one inner seal which is on order. Pads and rotors look good.
