Ghost support post pad for carpet

Was in Cabela's yesterday and saw a boat with a Ghost mounted to the bow and it had a pad that was attached to the carpet to provide a fit under the support post. Asked the guy about it and he didn't have a clue. Seems like a good thing to have as mine sits right on the carpet. Does anyone know if this is a Lowrance part number, I have search and found some stating they are for the Minnkota's. It looks the same but no site had the dimensions with it. Does anyone here know what I am talking about? Thanks

Thank you, just ordered one. The video shows the style they had, a smaller diameter but this one looks better,

I'd say the heck with that little rubber disk.
Use a troll tamer which will eliminate any bounce in the trolling motor.

    Your right but wrong.
The Troll Tamer is sold through TH Marine.
I, as well as many of us used the rod from the Ghost to tap it out to 3/8 inch and thread the troll tamer into it.
The rod is already drilled out to 5/16 inch for the perfect size for the tap.
Zero movement when you're bouncing when running.

Just for the record a troll tamer is 100% compatable with the ghost. I have one on my boat.

And as AJ14 said above easiest way is to attach it to the rod, but it must be square or will not hold properly.

I made one out of starboard that I had left over. Cut out a circular piece and then drimelled out the center a little deeper where the rod would hit. Drilled a hole in the center a bit recessed and put a screw into the deck of the boat. Nothing fancy but it works well.
