Just got back from there on Tues. Fish are still on beds. We caught two good fish off beds. It is late in the year, but the weather has played havic with the spawn this year. You can find them....Birch creek and further south.

Tom, Big Tournament going on about the same time you are hitting the lake. You are going to be fighting with allot of boats. Here are the details.

CHIEF GEORGE BRASWELL TO BROADCAST LAKE FORK OPEN MAY 17-18

Team Yamamoto's favorite radio celebrity, our very own
Chief George Braswell will emcee the 4th Annual Legend of
Lake Fork Open Bass Tournament benefiting "The Wish To Fish
Foundation" on May 17 & 18th on Lake Fork nearby Yamamoto's
    Mineola, Texas Pro Store.

The tournament will be hosted out of Lake Fork Marina on Hwy
    17 (903-765-2764).

There will be hourly prizes for fish weighed each hour:
    1st - $600, 2nd - $400, 3rd - 300, 4th - $200.

At the conclusion, four fully-rigged Legend Boats will be
    awarded as overall grand prizes.

Come hang out at the weigh-in stage with Chief George who
will broadcast the event over the local radio station, and
make sure to stop by the nearby Yamamoto Mineola Texas Pro
Shop for in-store promotions we'll be running at the store
    during the tournament.

Re: 5 days texas, standby! (rangerguy)

Acutaly ... rangerguy, I might swing on down and check it out one day. My buddy will be working during the week and maybe we can swing by to check it out unless we decide to go hit another lake. Also, I will have the luxury of spending about 18 days in Texas hehe. So I am sure I will get a few days with Fork not being tooo crowded hehe. Thanks for the heads up.
