Morning gang and thanks for the James. Had a very busy week. I left here Tuesday morning for Kerrville for a hunting trip with a guide. Got down there and had lunch at the Lakehouse and it was great as usual. Then the guide picked me up at my motel room at 3:00pm and we went out. Got back around 8:30pm, was scheduled to hunt Wednesday but Martha called and one of her best friends passed away Monday. So I had to cut my trip short and head back to be with her and the funeral was yesterday. Her friend was the bridesmaid at our wedding. She had no insurance and her 3 kids were having to come up with a down payment for here funeral. The funeral was yesterday afternoon. We got the yesterday morning and our first stop was at the funeral home. Martha had a check ready and she handed it to the funeral home director to help with the funeral. So now I've got to go back to Kerrville and see if I can get a sight on that Black Buck that wouldn't come out of the woods. I'll be going back Sunday and taking Martha with me. She will take off Monday. We should be back monday evening if that little longed horned outfit will come out of them woods.
