    Question gpsmap (1022xsv) 23.00 update

Does anyone have software version 23.00 / 2.54 for the gpsmap series, running the 1022xsv. Would have been "changes made from 2021.0302.0 to 2021.0326.0"

Same as many others ..trying to go back to what I was running. The save I did is not loading, any help would be appreciated for me and a couple of friends.

    Tom,

Are you using the forced update or trying to just plug in and do normal update? You will have to do the forced update to roll back.

Thx DOFC, Have done the roll back a few times due to bad updates in the past and know about the forced update. The one I had was just a corrupted file after pulling it back to the sd card to place it back in my unit, did something that jacked it up. Did get a pre perspective file after searching the post last night but would like to get back to the 23.00

I believe that's 22.10. Do you have any other files for the gpsmap?

How do you know what update you have on a file if you only have the long number?? Example……”2021.0302.0”

Go to the Garmin site and you can see the previous changes between updates. And it shows what version that update was on each certain unit. When you are on the page to download the update, scroll down the page for that info.
