Real estate market still sucks for a realtor, don't know what you do but you would like SC. The upstate gets a change of seasons and 3 good size towns. Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg. There is a lot of hiring going on. If you want to live near the coast Charleston area is for you especially with the Boeing plant going in.
