    1993 Intruder 150 value

I've recently come into some problems that "seem" to be significant on the motor. There is no compression on two of the cylinders. The few folks I've spoken to about this say this will cost from $1200 up to $3000 to repair.

I just put a newly rebuilt lower unit on it a couple months ago. I don't really want to dump any more $$$ into this motor. So... I was wondering what would be a fair price for the motor as is?

    I appreciate any opinions/comments.

You may be better off removing the lower unit and selling it seperately, then parting out the rest of the motor that is salvageable. Used motor parts are generally between 30-50% of retail.
