Depends on where you want to put in at. If you want mid to upper lake I get off at the third Cookville exit which I think is Hwy 111.( someone correct me if I'm wrong) Go through Livingston then you can put in at Willow Grove or Lillydale day use. If you keep going you can put in at the bridge at Sunset Marina which is upper lake. Midlake would be Willow Grove or Lillydale. Hope this helps ya more than hurts ya. I know how to get but don't know all the names of the road.

From Nashville that is the same way I would go. Here are some basic directions on Google maps.

I take 40E to the Baxter / Gainsboro exit (It's either hwy 56 or 53 I can never remember). Take a left and it will take you all the way to Celina where Pleasant Grove Park or Cedar Hill marina are located. Easy drive.

Sunset Dock is on the upper end of lake. Short run up to the river area if you want to fish for largemouth and short run down lake for good smallmouth and spot fishing. Sunset is one of the nices docks around.
