Do the 2.5L suffer from the same cowling rattles as the 3L motors? mine has a strange rattle between 2700ish and 3200 that doesnt match the engine rpms.
Serial Number doesn't match description.
The 2.5L cowlings are much less prone to the harmonic vibrations noted in 3L models, though the front cowling latch may rattle if the rubber cone-stop is missing, or the latch is loose.
