from what I was told Rick Byrnes wasnt happy with the way it was run so he decided to take it back over and combine it with region 3 a lot of the potomac area guys didnt like the fact that although they had some of the biggest fields they never got a championship it was always oneida or the upper bay. Dave also had big ideas for trails but never backed many of his directors the way he should I fished back in 2005-2007 and never recieved my membership package for either of the 3 years I fished and had trouble trying to get in any other AC tournaments other than the ones he ran
