going down this friday any info

Me and my buddy are going down for the day,Mattowoman, we only get down thre once or twice a year, any suggestions. the prev post said aquia, where abouts. thanks steve m

altough we had some boat issues,we managed 25 fish, spinnerbait bite(wareagle white/gold flake skirt accounted for the bulk of the fish followed by the frog bite.
crabs, and i mean some of the biggest i have ever seen in chickamuxen a couple 10 inchers,should have brought the trotline,could have bought some off the dock for $60 a bushel, thanks guys

Yah, uh I wouldn't fish that far south. Was out on Sunday and I smoked them on bridge pilings and rip-rap. Salinity is getting real high. Just my .02 cents.

Holden that salt isn't effecting them very much at all. There are a ton of fish in Mattowoman and even Aquia. I'm sure the Chick is loaded as well. Frog it as long as you can and then switch to a blade.
