Ok when are we going to use the trophies from the rally we have Fall will be fast upon us
Don't you think you should get going on setting up something( I had to put in a stir pot cause we don't have a fire under your ass)
Maybe there's a date in Oct. try to make it before the snow flies
I was thinkinf since it snowed on Easter weekend, we should shoot for Christmas Eve, ought to be about 70 degrees then!!
Doc and I will be down in a couple weeks (9/7 - 9/9) hopefully NO snow. We're willing to have our own mini-rally, just bring us the plaques Saturday.

there was not much interest in the rally when i posted for info for next year ?,i am checking to see what dates are available ,my plate is full for the fall ,i am trying to secure a date close to last year,i need input from everyone, i sure would like to have a liitle more participation ,maybe with it not being on Easter weekend ,more people will show up,we need a better location ,i am checking on that too ,i will post when i have additional info.
I agree Dave if they want one, we need more people coming. Later in the Spring would be good if enough want it. I thought the location was fine. Did you not like it?
i thought the location was ok we just needed a little more room for people to hang out,but if the weather was nicer everyone would have been outside

You know I'll be there!!!!! - snow or no snow! Still had a great time no matter what the conditions were! That was a great way to start the fishing season off. I thought the hotel was just fine. I'm sure we will have more people if not on Easter weekend. Just let me know what you need help with.- DC

I'd go again. Easter weekend does put a damper on things similiar to the VA ralley being Memorial Day weekend. It was a lot of fun EXCEPT for the weather. Spent a couple days "prefishing" in rain and chilly air and the snow on tourney day SUCKED. Met a lot of people and put faces to names which I really liked. Gunny's turkey wasn't bad either. The location was OK, as there aren't a lot of choices. Sure it would be great if there was something right on the water like at Kerr or the shindig in Maine, but I'm not aware of any. One thing the hotel was close to some fine Bar-B-Que. So YES count me in next year if I'm still breathing.
