Don't forget the ears
My FIL has been an avid golfer for most of his life and I think he's been pretty good about wearing sunscreen. If you're wearing a baseball cap and you put sunscreen on your face, neck, and arms you might tend to think you're protected. But recently he went under the knife to remove cancerous and precancerous spots on one of his ears. Basically they had to skin his ear and then graft thigh skin back in it's place. He had to go almost 2 months without a shower because he was under strict orders to keep it dry. And they'll probably have to do the other ear before long.
So keep that in mind when you had out for the day. Cover up and protect.

Yep, slather it on the lobes, nose, neck, in hair to reach scalp.....anything possible that could get some sun.
I don't need or care to spend any more time at the dermatologist.
Keep it all covered and reapply
