Tuesday Night Lake Hefner Jackpot
Starting April 13th running every other Tuesday through August 24th
$30 per team entry fee (includes Big Bass) per event
$5 per person membership fee for entire season
Team/Solo and as with all of our events we encourage youth participation. So a team can be 1 adult and up to 2 kids 14 and under (if you have any questions about this please contact us)
Payout will be 1 in every 5 boats entered
Registration will be at Lucky Lure Tackle (Northwest corner of Britton and May)
Registration will be from 4:00 pm and close at 5:40
Live well Check will be at Lucky Lure
Start Fishing Time will be 6:00pm and weigh in will be announced at registration
There is no take off!!!
You cannot be on or fish Hefner prior to 5:30pm, at 5:30 you may unload and at 6:00pm you may start fishing, there will be someone at the ramp to police this
Rules:
1. 3 fish limit, 14 inch minimal (largemouth, smallmouth, or spotted bass) mouth closes and tail pinched.
2. You may load before weighing in your fish
3. You must use the provided weigh in bags, DO NOT BRING FISH TO THE SCALES WITHOUT A BAG
4. Dead fish penalty of 8 ounces, Short fish penalty of 8 ounces. Per fish (and short fish will not be weighed)
5. No fishing within 50 feet of another participant’s boat if they are anchored and the trolling motor out of water
6. Any size boat may fish as long as it has a operating live well. No tube, wade, or bank fishing
7. Must wear life jacket at any time the boat is on plane
8. NO Alcohol or illegal drug use during the tournament or at weigh in
9. All city and state rules are in affect and if you given a citation/ticket you are disqualified for that night
10. Must have city and state permits and license (Lucky Lure has them)
11. No late weigh ins and no payment taken at ramp
These Rules could be amended at anytime; notification will be made before rule change goes in to effect.
Protest must be made in writing within 10 minutes of close of weigh in, Tournament Directors decision is final
Fishing 4 the Future, its staff, or its sponsors are not responsible for any accident(s) that may occur through the season.
If lake becomes too low and T.D feels the lake is unsafe some nights may be canceled until lake is considered safe again
