Fastrike low idle rough and wet plugs????

Well had compression check done and all cylinders are between 85 to 90 I know it's alittle low but the motor runs strong at WOT but at low rpm's and idle she's rough and seems to load up a bit holeshot not as quick as it use to be pulled the plugs and 3 are wet someone told me about a gasket on the side of carb under a plate with 4 screws black and the new ones are brown need to be replaced do you think that will help? What else should I have him check?

That gasket is between the throttle body and the engine block. On the side of the carbs, you can use little flat washers to help that.

I would do a good sync and lync to start with, make sure the timing is right, and then start looking at gaskets.

As long as the needles aren't worn, the floats float, and its clean inside, then you don't need to rebuild.
