The Crappie have died, I can't figure that out. I haven't caught 1 since sunday!!!!!!!!!!

The bass are on the beds and maybe that has messed up the crappie. Water temps are from 58-70, normal clarity over the whole lake (green). You sholud be able to catch 5 off of beds if you like that type of thing. It going to be VERY windy, be careful!

I fished Wed. from about 6 to 11pm and caught nothing but bass. I had been catching them on the bank too. I'm sure they're still there. I just wish they would bite my line.

Paul, once again I zigged when I should have zagged, WE went to the river, ton of BIG sandies, but only had two small blacks. Seems like most fish were caught down lake off beds. You might run down lake and have some fun bed fishin. This weekend I'm off to Texoma, only going to have Friday to put something together.Going to try Ok. side if not windy, but also need to find some Texas fish in case the wind blows. Prolly look for some brownies.

Id sure like to know where all of the magic beds are. I fished Tues-Friday last week and saw maybe 10 beds at the most, only 1 had an active female, about 3 lbs. I fished Wolf, Red Rock area, Honey Creek, Ketchum Cove, etc. Im sure there are beds, just not seeing them.

I fished beds yesterday afternoon. From Flat Rock to Big Hollow. I caught some of beds in Honey creek Sat. There all in the very back of the coves. I would say 50% of the beds where empty yesterday.
