I have been getting cabin fever pretty bad lately and was thinking about trying to go fishing this weekend.
Does anyone fish brookeville this late in the year and catch any smallmouth?
Do any of you have an idea what the water temp and clarity may be? We have had a lot of rain here lately.

I was out B'ville on Monday Dec 26th. Waters temp was 42 almost every where on the lake, visability was about 4ft. I didn't get bit in 6hrs. Threw tubes, jigs, spinnerbaits and cranks. Talked to a couple of guys fishing for walleyes and they had caught 3 keeper walleyes and 1 "nice" smallmouth in about 40ft of water. If I don't head for Dale Hollow on Friday I'll be there tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. You won't get many more day in the high 40's between now and March... Dan
I've caught a LM and a smallie 2 weeks ago, and haven't been out there since. Instead, I'll be crappie fishing Friday. G/L, Mike
