    I.D. of fuel line

    hi guys i have 2 ?s what size should the fuel line be on my 40HP Johnson from the fuel tank to the quick connect to the inline filter and to the VRO pump , cus the one thats on there now is 3/8. Is that to hard on the VRO2 pump?

    Actually that is better normally you would use a 5/16" ID line on a 40 HP.

    thanks ChampioNman . would that put strain(or over work) on the VRO pump

    No not at all, the 3/8" would give you more fuel flow.
