I cant believe how Rocky Fork gets pounded,,,,,,,,

Fished there on and off over the past 45 years and it is just crazy how many T,s there are now and boats on the weekend........Boats piled up on points,drop offs and banks fishing for the bass......boats running and gunning,,,I am surprised that the lake still produces some nice bass...

I hate fishing Rocky Fork. WAY too much pressure for my taste. When you catch a bass, there is no jaw skin left on it's mouth, just bones. yuck!

Call me crazy but I'd fish Caesers Creek over Rocky fork any day.

Fish are not the only thing getting pounded at Rocky. Some Jack --- pounded into my SUV up there last saturday. Of course they didn't leave a note.

CC blows compared to Rocky. There was a tourney there a month ago with a winning bag over 20 lbs. Including a 7+ big bass. I just wish it was closer as I live 35 minutes from the dead sea aka CC

You need to figure out how to fish CC because that's all I hear. Then I tell them of all the big bass I catch there...yeah that's right. Fish it harder ;)

that was my partner and i. we had 4 fish, 1 over 7 and 2 over 6. the 4th one was a 12 1/2 incher. we've stunk it up since then tho, lol. we did have 11-4 last week in our sunday tournament but 11-8 won.

These Post crack me up .
Have fished Ceasers my whole life and have between my brother and I , have probably won more money off it than anyone that puts a boat in there...............
It is deffinatley not a Dead Sea , just got to fish it accordingly.
Of all the fish I have caught at Rocky this year ( Have won 4 and had 5 2nds 3 BB ) I may have caught 5 or 6 fish that looked like they have been caught before .
But then again I try and fish for fish that aint seen a bait just like skeeter335.........thats how he catches them big ole 20+ bags

Look like any of these fish have just "Jawbone" left ? And all these fish were caught AFTER the spawn . They should of really shown signs of being caught .

Not particularly !
Alot of time , alot of dedication , and alot of figgin gas !
There are alot of guys over there that are very good ( skeet335 is one) and they all will probably say the exact same thing.
I learn more and more everytime I put in over there.
I dont believe in the "all the fish are sore mouthed" theory . Though it is fished alot more , its because it is so good . I look for Tournys to come back to CC after they enforce the new 12 inch limit.
When they do it will take 10 -15 to win there about anytime of the year. cause it is full of 2 lb 14 inch fish
