We used to catch a few every now and then up there back in the 80's. Then they seemed to become scarce. Have heard a few reports of catches this year though. Good to see that maybe they are coming back.

Have caught plenty of them the last few years in the early spring,a couple pushing the 40"mark.Mostly in the back of shallow bays or slack water in the rivers,have never caught any on the main lake itself.Most have been from The Grand River to Conneaut.
