Hello everybody! I have a question. What opportunities are there in the Cincinnati area for a non-boater to get into tournament fishing?

Welcome to BBC....MANY...There are several bass clubs in the area to join (I am President of the Catch 5 Bass Club out of the Preble County area), there are the tournaments out of Dixie Marine that are team tournaments, there are the BFL's where you sign up specifically as a co-angler same with the BASS Weekend Series. Being on here is a good start and you can meet a lot of good guys that will get you in a boat fishing.![]()
Thanks!
I was checking out the BASS Weekend and BFL websites. The Ohio BASS Weekend's already started, but the BFL's haven't. What would I have to do to sign up for the BFL's? Just become a member of FLW Outdoors?

Yes. Become a FLW member then find someone to sign up with if you can to although it isn't necessary (but does guarentee you entry in the event they get a full field). I am actually looking for a co-angler to sign up with this year to fish those events. We would need to trade flw membership numbers prior to signing up for the events.
You can sign up on the FLW Outdoors website.
