    Ultrex transducer

    Will the transducer that is built in the ultrex connect to an elite 7?

    There are more than one built in..
    I believe the original US2 with the correct adapter will work with most any 2D unit

    Yes it will. As Stated make sure you have the correct adaptor cable. It can be either the MKR-US2-10 or 16

    There are three different Minnkota built-in transducer choices.

    US2 is 83/200 kHz 2D sonar ONLY and adaptable to most brands that have 83/200 kHz capability.

    MDI is HW CHIRP 2D sonar and 455/800/1200 kHz Down Imaging for Humminbird units ONLY.

    MSI is HW CHIRP 2D sonar, 455/800/1200 kHz Down Imaging, and 455/800/1200 kHz Side Imaging for Humminbird units ONLY.
