can open the hose up at a connection and it will drop, will make a small mess also-- be prepared with a catch can and rags

Unbolt it from the bracket leaving the hoses hooked up and lay it across your rear deck (recommend laying a blanket down on your deck first). Once out of the garage you can bolt it back up.
