    Massachusetts R.M.V. at it again!

    I just got my renewal for the CHampion trailer $80 bucks that's more than the car I use every day. I think the we are taking a serious @ss Whooping Mcgaff

    your not kidding. got mine and it's $100.. screw'em all deval at it again. why is it Weld could have a balanced budget and eliminate registration fees but everyone else needs to double and triple them....Tax and spend. when the budget doesn't meet the income what do you do? grab more cash...

    I just got mine and it's only $20? Why the big fluctuation? Do they charge based on the year of the trailer?

    $40 here,its done by what your trailer weight limit is, I.E.Boat and trailer weight=2000lb which=$40 3000lb=$60 etc.etc.I think its done in $20 increments

    Mine was 100 also 5000lb rated trailer.Have you seen the way some of these other states have gone up on license fees i am sure we will be next.

    Yeah, but they get you when you have to register your outboard.....so you pay one way or the other.

    Yeah but they still have to pay excise tax on the boat and motor too. If the Boat is older than 13 years in SC it is excempt from property tax and same for the motor. Gotta remember to Greg when you buy a new rig in SC and title it here the max you pay on tax is $300 not 5 or 6% of the total price.
