    Trolling Motor

Anyone have a half way decent TM kicking around as an extra that you don't need anymore? I busted one 2 weeks ago and the spare that i've got on there runs pretty rough... it's got sort of a grinding/sqeaking sound. I'd like something 40 or more pounds. I just don't have much money right now to pay much for one. And i don't want to be stuck at the rally with a TM that i'm afraid is going to crap out at any minute

Bass pro always has the all terrain motors on sale Aaron. Just get a 12v either 44 or 50 lb thrust. I found one real cheap at a Wall Mart one time so be sure to check those too.

Aaron, go to http://www.extremebass.net and take down the phone number and give Kevin a call. Got a used troller from him over the winter for a friend. See if he has any used motors or he may be able to fix your old one.

Aaron, I know it's not what your looking for but there was an old bow 28 on the jon that I bought. Scott said it worked good and you can have it if you like. I also have a newer transom 28. Dave

Well I bit the bullet and just ordered one from Cabelas. What really hurts is the shipping charge to get it here before I leave this sunday!

    Re: Trolling Motor (JerryT)

i went to 7 different Wal-Marts and 2 sports authoritys in MA, VT and NH and I didn't see a single Bow mount trolling motor, they were all Transom mount Endura's. Plus I wouldn't want one of the Power Drives, I used one once and I can't stand the way they turn.
