My ultrex head will move on the shaft. The set screw is tight but the head will wobble a small amount. Doesn't seem to effect it at all, but I just noticed it when I loaded the boat today and was getting ready to leave the parking lot.

Might bumped something. Try looking for any little cracks. You can also try a little superglue. Good luck.

Mine has been loose since new when I installed it. Set screw is tight
As long as the screw is tight, you'll be OK. If it's real loose could be signs of wear between the bolt going through and the shaft.
