Four days of fun. . . . update

Well guys, the past four days have flown by but they were FUN!!!! I shot a pretty nice 8 point Friday morning after a LONG day in the woods Thursday. I'll post a couple pics but the angle is off a lil. He's better in person. He had a 18.5" inside spread, 5 and 5.5" bases, 9.5" g2's and each g2 had a lil character. One has a lil sticker point off the back and the other has a unique curl right at the tip. Also, he had a very recent battle wound on his front right leg and head was pretty scuffed up from the rut! He's a great deer in my book and I took him with my lil .444 handi rifle with a 175 yard shot so that makes him mean a lil more.

And then at 0600 Saturday morning we went to New Orleans to see my Cowboys hand them their first loss as we got a MUCH NEEDED win!!!!

All in all, a GREAT but busy four days!!!!
